Introduction

The spatial decision support tool contained on this website allows users to select and view the assumptions and results for up to nine alternative futures for Flathead County, MT. All of the results reported in the tables, charts and maps generated by the spatial decision support tool are expressed in terms of changes in final demands in employment and land use from 2000 to 2014 or from 2000 to 2024. An important feature of the spatial decision support tool is the ability to generate an interactive map for each alternative future. The interactive map allows the user to zoom in on sub-county areas and display parcel information and a map legend (click the map tutorial for instructions on how to use the interactive features).
